Meet Nellie — Spokane REALTOR®

Growing up, I moved around quite a bit, which gave me a deep appreciation for what “home” really means. It’s a big part of why real estate feels so fulfilling to me. I love helping people find a place that brings comfort, stability, and room to build the life they’ve been dreaming about.

I’ve been in sales since I was 19 — and since earning my license in 2021, I’ve helped nearly 100 Spokane families buy, sell, or do both at the same time. Simultaneous buy/sell coordination is genuinely where I shine. I know the stress of being in-between homes, and I know how to make it not feel that way.

I also teach first-time home buyer seminars through the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC). If you’re navigating down payment assistance, I don’t just point you toward programs — I walk you through them.

Outside of work, I’m a mom to two wonderful boys — our oldest arrived in October 2023 and our youngest in February 2026, so life is beautifully chaotic right now. I picked up crocheting during my last pregnancy (turns out growing a human is a great time to learn a new skill), and when I actually have a free moment, I love dilly-dallying around Spokane hunting down hidden gems — local spots, new restaurants, places I think more people should know about, or taking the kids to do something fun around Spokane. Meet Larry — Spokane REALTOR®

If you’ve ever worked with a salesperson who genuinely made you feel like you were the only person in the room, that’s Larry.

Before real estate, Larry spent a decade in professional sales building client relationships in high-stakes environments. He knows how to listen past what someone is saying to hear what they actually need — and in a market where timing and trust can make or break a deal, that skill is everything.

Now licensed as a REALTOR®, Larry brings that same energy to every showing, every offer, and every negotiation. His clients often say he makes something stressful feel easy — not because he glosses things over, but because he stays calm, keeps things moving, and never loses sight of what matters most: getting you where you want to go.

Larry works primarily across North Spokane and the surrounding communities, with a growing focus on Wandermere, Camelot, Colbert, Mead, and Deer Park but him and Nellie will service all over Spokane. Whether it’s a first showing or a final walk-through, he shows up like it’s the most important thing on his calendar — because it is.

Outside of work, Larry is all about getting outside — dirt biking is his thing, and he’s already counting down the years until the boys are old enough to ride with him. The family tries to get out camping two or three times each summer to spend quality time together, away from the hustle and bustle of lifes everyday demands. Larry also takes great pride in making steady progress on Nellie’s never-ending honey-do list (Nellie wrote this bio, she stands by this statement, wink)
